New Feature

An open budget field was added to the Media Plan and we added an OmniBudget Overview chart which shows the planned budget per channel and with a timeline.

Salesforce API

New Feature

Introduced an API endpoint for creating packages and their components, allowing seamless integration into workflows

We fixed an issue in our license check where flow actions were not usable without a certain license.

Booking Calendar

Changes and optimisations

We fixed the following issues in our Booking Calendar Lightning:

  • There was an issue when using the Booking Calendar Settings in german. This was fixed now.

  • Cells with the same timeframe and Ad Price should be merged as basket items

  • An Issue with the advanced Content search and custom filters has been fixed

  • A content tree issue in Booking Calendar when opening child items or many items

  • an issue where the basket button was not shown

New Feature

We added the following enhancements to our Booking Calendar:

  • The Booking Calendar now preserves the start and end dates when switching templates, provided the new template does not have these dates defined

  • You can now paste multiple comma separated values into the standard lookup fields to quickly add filters

Campaign Builder

Changes and optimisations

We fixed the following issues in our Campaign Builder:

  • It was not possible to copy prorated packages

  • An issue where items stayed in the basket after saving a campaign was fixed

  • An issue with the record type and picklist value rules was fixed

  • An issue of the Campaign Builder failing to open without the 'CampaignItemActionCopyAvoidClone' feature setting was fixed

  • An issue of custom values not showing up is resolved

  • An issue regarding the individual package header when copying publication dates

  • A fix was implemented to ensure the publication dates calendar displays the correct year

  • A problem where the child contents of the targeting did not show has been resolved

  • An issue with selecting targeting sets and targeting groups in parallel is fixed

Improvements

We have applied the following improvements for our Campaign Builder:

  • We worked on several performance improvements

  • ensuring a clear order of changes to be applied

  • Improvements for our Publication Date and Contents selection

  • Improved the Freewheel selection of Audience Segments

  • Implementation of inherited targeting information in the Key Value selection

  • A sum-up row was added to the currency columns in the Campaign Builder, displaying the sum of the values and an open budget field was added to display the remaining budget information automatically

  • Enabled the Campaign Builder to support weekly splits based on fiscal periods, allowing users to split campaign items into weeks running from Monday to Sunday

Campaign Item

Settings for the from and until of the campaign item field are restricted to ensure consistency.

Check Availability

We fixed the following issues in our Availability Check:

  • An issue with the check availability due to custom flows and inputs is fixed.

  • An issue in regards of the field 'Share of Voice' has been fixed

A logic adjustment was implemented to ensure the Constant Quantity value Frequency and Guaranteed AI were properly taken into account for the Availability Check.

Deprecation and Cleanup

We are cleaning up our code:

  • deprecated our old Geo Targeting objects (Selected Country, Region, City, Area Code).

  • We removed our old Check Login Visualforce page from the package.

  • Deprecated the Time Based Guaranteed AI feature

  • Deprecate OBS Integration service

  • Deprecate Programmatic Big Object logics

  • Remove Code References AdServer Advertiser ID

Dynamic Pricing/Price Rules

Changes and optimisations

We fixed the following issues in our Price Rules logic:

  • An issue with the Matching Criterion feature setting did not work with the expected format was resolved

  • A problem with the pricing rule due to custom logic is fixed

External Account IDs

New Feature

We added a new wizard to simplify the setup of External Account IDs. Now you can go through a few easy steps to link your accounts to third-party accounts. Check out our Wiki about the new wizard: 2.1.4.2 External Account IDs

Generic Clone

Inventory Setup Assistant

New Feature

We enhanced our Inventory Setup Assistant with even more wizards.

We fixed the following issues in our Key Value selection:

  • An issue with adding multiple key values is fixed

  • An issue with adding key values from the tree is fixed

Improvement to change query used for Key value lookup from 10 to 50

Media Configuration

Changes and optimisations

We fixed the following issues in our Media Configuration:

  • An issue with video content from Freewheel is fixed where the page shouldn't be stuck

  • An issue with the publication dates where some months are skipped when a date is selected, is fixed

Media Search

New Feature

We enabled a few new features for our Media Search:

  • Lookups can now also receive comma separated inout to quicker fill them in bulk

  • lookups work in a hierarchical way so that related lookups should prefilter suggestions

  • A new checkbox field "Disable for Media Search" was added to Ad Specs, allowing users to hide specific Ad Specs from Media Search results while keeping them available for automation purposes

Changes and optimisations

An issue where having a commitment assigned to a media campaign affected the media search has been fixed.

Optimizer

Improvement

Improved our creation logic for Budget Billing Category Campaign Items, so that they are set up with the correct distribution logic.

SelfService / Sales Assistant

Fixed an issue where the availability check was failing in a digital experience context.

Improvement

We added a warning in Self Service when Past Campaign start dates were selected.

Targeting

Integration / The Trade Desk

Task

Our Trade Desk integration now supports Delivery Data Sync, allowing users to retrieve metrics from their own report templates such as Impressions, Clicks and Amount Spent from Buying Items submitted to The Trade Desk

Improvement

We added a new field in our Trade Desk integration called "Campaign PO #" at the Buying Order level.
This allows users to submit information such as Campaign Purchase Order numbers or other kind of numeric IDs of their choice to the Trade Desk

With this improvement, users will be able to submit a Buying Order to the Trade Desk by using an advertiser created in ADvendio (no need for it to already exist in the platform)
