If you like to use Device Targeting please add this tab to the Media Configuration by configuring the device tab 7.2.2 Setup Media Configuration. This might then look like this:

Please note how ADvendio maps the picklist values into DFP and make sure that these are exactly spelled correctly. Also check this: 4.3.4.2 Browser, Device, and Connection Targeting
