The new Accounting Interface from ADvendio allows you to conveniently create Accounting records which can be used in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Quickbooks, Sage and Xero to streamline the booking to the billing process for advertising campaigns. Using information from your Media Campaigns and invoices, this information is stored in ADvendio and is readily available to directly transfer into connected systems. Furthermore, the system is IFRS 15 compliant and is particularly useful for those using accrual accounting methods as you can ensure all relevant data is accrued and released accordingly.

In order to help you to connect ADvendio to your accounting system, multiple objects and functions are built.

Accounting Records are created within ADvendio, using existing Invoice Items and delivery data for your Campaign Items. These records are created through different processes and populate the necessary accounting information for your ERP and accounting system using pre-defined Accounting Rules. These records are created for defined Accounting Periods which you can create to correspond to your periods within your ERP and accounting system.

Essential to using this feature ​is that you have set up at least one Legal Entity even if your company is just invoicing from one legal entity!
