AD-8349 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Challenge

Users faced difficulty in adding their campaign items to Ad Hoc Packages directly from the Campaign Builder while configuring the Media Campaign, as the necessary field "Package" was not available in the Campaign Builder setup.

Solution

With. 2.169 release we implemented the Ad Hoc Packages feature in the Campaign Builder, providing users with a solution to include campaign items in Ad Hoc Packages during the Media Campaign setup.

Now with the introduction of the new Setup UI for campaign builder, customers should locate the "Adhoc Packages" field and include it in one of the tabs under "Tabs and Columns." This is a custom field specifically implemented for Campaign Builder.

Please be aware that there is another field named "Packages" that also utilizes a picklist but does not permit the addition of custom names; it only provides predefined options.
