1.5 Grant Login Access

In our knowledge base you can search for different functions and get useful descriptions and instructions on how to succeed with ADvendio. Sometimes it could be possible, that you need help. To assist with support issues, you may grant your administrator or ADvendio the ability to login as you and access your data.

Grant Account Login Access

To assist you, we or your administrator may need to log in to the application using your login. You can grant access to them for a specified duration. During the time you have granted access, they can use your login and access your data to help you resolve any problems.

To grant login access:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.

  2. Select "Settings"

  3. From your personal information, enter "Grant Account Login Access" in the Quick Find box and select the offered option.

  4. Set the access expiration date for "ADvendio Support" by choosing a value from the picklist.

  5. Click Save.

If you don’t see the “ADvendio support” option to grant access please note that the reason might be the configuration of granting login access in Salesforce.

If your users can not grant access directly following the steps we recommend Administrators to grant us access. We can only login as a certain user though if the setting “Administrators Can Log in as Any User“ is enabled.
