June 2025: Salesforce My Domain Login URL for Connections and Finance Features UPDATE REQUIRED

What will change?

The latest versions of ADvendio (2.171.29 and patches above, 2.173.3 and patches above, 2.175 and patches above & 2.177 and patches above) have been enhanced to fully support the recent changes in the Salesforce platform, particularly the myDomain URL update. Upgrading to one of these versions is crucial to avoid disruption in automated invoicing and the integration with your AdServers or Media Buying systems.

The change on Salesforce will be applied June 14th 2025.

Why are we doing this?

Salesforce has recently implemented a myDomain URL update, which is detailed in their release notes. This update affects how integrations communicate with Salesforce. For more detailed technical information, please refer to the Salesforce documentation:

Our enhanced ADvendio Extension versions (2.171.29 and 2.173.3 and 2.175) have been developed to be fully compatible with these changes.

What do you have to do?

Simply make sure that no later than June 14th 2025, you have installed at least the mentioned ADvendio releases:

ADvendio 2.171.29 or any later patch: ADvendio Preview Version 2.171 - Summer 2024

ADvendio 2.173.3 or any later patch: ADvendio Preview Version 2.173 - Winter 2025

ADvendio 2.175 or any later patch: ADvendio Preview Version 2.175 - Spring 2025

ADvendio 2.177 or any later patch: ADvendio Preview Version 2.177 - Spring 2025

No further steps are required from your end

What If I don’t do this?

Please ensure you have installed one of the above versions no later than June 14th. Failure to update by this deadline may result in issues with:

• Finance Customers: Automated invoicing processes and Invoice Emails

• Connections Customers: Third-party connections for AdServers and Media Buying
