In case you need to edit a contact's data, you have to options how to proceed. If you only need to do minor changes, use inline editing. For complex changes, use the editing mode.
Double-click the data entry you wish to edit. The data entry now turns into a field you can edit (note the pencil symbol). The arrow button resets the entry. After editing, click Save to complete the editing process. The altered entries are now set in bold orange. Or click Cancel to discard all changes.
If inline editing is not possible, contact your administrator.
To edit a contact, open the contact record and click on Edit.
Now you can edit the contact's details. When you are done, click Save.
