7.6.17 Setting up Automated Subscription Renewals

Challenge

Ensuring timely and accurate recurring payments/renewals of Subscription Contracts in order to guarantee a regular revenue stream.

Solution

Subscription Contracts with determined cancellation periods after which Subscription Assignments which are valid for renewal are automatically extended and Media Campaigns automatically created to handle invoicing.

Setup

Schedule the Subscriptions batch to run as often as needed to ensure Subscriptions are renewed and new Media Campaigns are created.

Setup > Apex Classes > Schedule Apex
