Version 2.101 and up

In case you have not selected a contact in the 4.2.7 Contact Wizard, ADvendio offers a general Salutation ("Dear Sir or Madame") which you can overwrite by creating a custom label.  This can be localized using the standard custom label functions. You also have the option to hide this salutation altogether. Here is how:

Adjust Preference Record

Make sure to activate the General Salutation in your standard quote or invoice preference. You can only link this with your previously created custom label. This allows you to address your customers differently with each preference record:
