Overview

The billing run overview lists all the invoices created on a certain date by a certain owner. This helps to always have control of all invoices. Here you can preview the automatically generated PDFs before sending them to your customers. Open the Overview Tab, click on Finance - Billing Runs, and choose the record you like to view.

You find all invoices in the related list under your billing run record.

Click on the name of an invoice to view the invoice details of one single invoice.
