Clone feature in ADvendio

Introduction

ADvendio's Clone feature allows you to easily duplicate existing records and transfer data from the old record to the new one and save you a lot of time by eliminating the need to manually enter data. We will explain how to use this feature, how to open it, and what other cool features are available.

Clone Feature Overview

The Clone feature is an excellent time-saver, allowing easy copying of fields and data from one record into another just with a few clicks. In ADvendio, you can also create a Generic Clone Button for any Object, and this function will allow you to duplicate information of the ADvendio Object record. This feature is useful to everyone, regardless of industry or role who needs to duplicate existing records in our system.

What customers can do with Clone Feature?

By using the Clone feature, you can operatively and easily replicate Media campaigns, Accounts, Campaign Items, Ad Types and other records, without having to manually enter data. The more fields and records that need to be copied, the more time you can save.

How to access and use the Clone feature?

Use the general Clone feature:

  1. Navigate to the record that you want to clone

  2. On the Top right under the drop-down Click on the Clone button

  3. A new record will be created with all the data copied from the old record

  4. Adjust details before saving the new record

Clone your Media Campaign:

  1. Navigate to the Media Campaign that you want to clone

  2. On the Top right under the drop-down Click on the Clone button

  3. A new media campaign will be created with all the data copied from the old media campaign

  4. Adjust details before saving the new Media Campaign

How Clone feature can help our customers?

The Clone feature can be highly useful for sales representatives who need to create a new digital campaign each month with the same account, targeting, and discounts as a previous campaign. With the Clone feature, all of this data can be copied into a new campaign with just one button click, allowing the sales representative to focus on adjusting only the necessary details, like the dates.

Future Development Plans

Our Clone feature is flexible and can handle sub-records, but the user interface may look outdated. We plan to update the user interface to match the modern look of the rest of our product.
