7.3.1.5 ADvendio Winter 2025 - Enhanced Connection Layout (Lightning Record Page)

We’re excited to introduce a new Lightning Record Page for the Connections object in ADvendio. This enhanced page offers a better user experience by providing a cleaner overview, tailored actions, and grouped related lists to help you configure and manage your third-party platform integrations more efficiently.

Key Features of the New Lightning Record Page

1. Improved Overview:

   • Displays only the buttons and actions relevant to the current connection, reducing clutter and simplifying navigation.

   • A more intuitive layout ensures quick access to the most-used features and settings.

2. Grouped Related Lists:

   • Related lists are now organized into logical groupings, such as:

     • Types of targeting criteria

     • Ad types

     • Feature-specific lists, such as Programmatic, Report Settings ect.

   • This grouping makes it easier to locate and manage specific integration configurations.

3. Customizable Layout:

   • The Lightning Record Page can be activated directly through Salesforce Setup.

   • For additional customization, you can clone the default page and modify it to suit your organization’s specific needs.

4. Automatically up to date:

   • Our new Lightning Page will be updated with each release to automatically contain the newest features

How to Activate the Lightning Record Page

1. Go to Salesforce Setup:

   • Navigate to Setup in Salesforce.

   • Search for App Builder in the Quick Find box.

2. Activate the Lightning Record Page:

   • Open the ConnectionRecordPage.

   • Select Activate to make the new page layout live for your organization.

   • Per default this page is enabled for all users, If you don’t want to use it, you can simply select: ‘Remove as Org Default’ in the activation

3. Customizing the Page (Optional):

   • To make changes to the layout or add custom components:

     • Clone the Lightning Record Page.

     • Modify the cloned version as needed.

   • Assign the customized layout to specific profiles or user groups for a tailored experience.
