7.2.23.4 How to set up our Campaign Builder for flow usage

Version

2.165.4

Challenge

How can you set up the Campaign Builder in a flow to seamlessly integrate with various processes and ensure consistent user experience for actions such as clicking "Next" or "Save"?

Solution

To be able to manage how the Campaign Builder works when it's used in a flow, we are working on controlling how customers can move through the flow. And we have made the following changes to the flow: the "Save" button now functions like the "Next" button.

Watch this short video to see how the Save button works as a Next button when you're making changes and leads you to the "Finish" button:

IMPORTANT: please remove or do not use the regular "Next" or "Finish" buttons when using the Campaign Builder on the same screen, because you can't control the buttons on the flow screen.
