Make sure an advertiser account is assigned to your Media Campaign in the account field.

Make sure the valid permissions for the field and the account object set

For your current Campaign Item, no valid Creative Templates could be found.

Please check if there is an assignment between Ad Creatives Templates and the Ad Type of your Campaign Item.

The creative submit process ended because there were one or more errors in the process. User has to accept OAuth: user hasn't approved this consumer

The ADvendio Gateway has no authentication to access or modify the Salesforce data, this is required for the communication between ADvendio and external systems.

You will need to authenticate the ADvendio Gateway to access your data. Find more information here:

The creative submit process ended because there were one or more errors in the process. No Connected System connection information has been found.

ADvendio could not find to which a valid connection for your creative, hence it did not know to which system to send the data.

Please check if your Ad Creative Template has a connection entered.

An error has occurred when sending Creative to XANDR: Id: SYNTAX, Message: you must provide either media_url or content for flash, image, and url-file creatives

There is no file or URL to an externally stored file attached to this Banner / Flash / HTML Creative

Make sure to upload a file or set an URL to an externally stored file.

If you can’t see fields to set this up, please let your System Administrator check the AdCreative Template configuration in ADvendio:

Creative Upload Error: An error has occurred when sending Creative to XANDR: Id: SYNTAX, Message: click_url must begin with http:// or https://

The landing page or click URL set is not in the right format for Xandr.

If you have a field to set the landing page URL or Click URL, make sure that the URL is in the following format:

‘http://www.example.com’

Creative Upload Error: Creative Width field is required.

Creative Upload Error: Creative Height field is required.

The creative height or creative width are either not set or not in the correct format.

Make sure that both height and width are numbers.

If you can’t see fields to set this up, please let your System Administrator check the AdCreative Template configuration in ADvendio for the Creative Height and Creative Width.

Creative Upload Error: URLLinkAttribute has an invalid protocol. no protocol: www.example.comCreative Upload Error: An error has occurred when sending Creative to XANDR: Id: SYSTEM, Message: Invalid url

The landing page URL for a native creative is either not set or not in the right format for Xandr.

If you have a field to set the landing page URL, make sure that the URL is in the following format:

‘http://www.example.com’

Creative Upload Error: FileName extension must be any of the allowed types [[jpg, wmv, swf, gif, mpg, png, f4v, m4v, mp4, flv, avi, mov]].
Creative Upload Error: An error has occurred when sending Creative to XANDR: Id: SYNTAX, Message: file_name with extension is required when adding a flash or image creative

The format of the attached file is not valid for Xandr. This error message is returned by the Xandr API.

Please make sure to use any of the listed file formats.

Creative Assignment Error: AdServer ID in Creative Object has not been found.

No Id for the creative you’re using in ADvendio can be found, thus it was not possible to connect your Campaign Item with the Creative in Xandr.

If an error happened during the initial upload of the creative, check the table above on how to solve this error.

You can also check on the AdCreative record, if a creative ID is given. When the field is empty it has not been uploaded to Google yet.

Please make sure that at least read permissions on the AdCreative object and all related fields are there.

Creative Assignment Error: AdServer ID in Campaign Item has not been found.

No Ad ID was found for your Campaign Item, thus ADvendio could not connect the creative with an item in Xandr.

Please check if your campaign item has already been submitted to Google.

If this has not been the case, you can use the ADvendio submit feature to send it to Google AdManager. If an error during the submit happened you might need to contact your AdOps team or System Administrator. The following page can also provide an overview about most common problems and how to solve them:

Creative Assignment Error: An error has occurred when assigning Creative to XANDR:

Id: SYNTAX, Code: ALI_CREATIVE_AD_TYPE_MISMATCH, Message: Creative cannot be associated to a line item with a different value for 'ad_type'

Id: SYNTAX, Code: CREATIVE_LI_AD_TYPE_MISMATCH, Message: The 'ad_type' for the Line Item and Creative must match"

There is a mismatch between the type of creative and the type of item in Xandr.

When using Augmented Line Items or Guaranteed Delivery Augmented Line Items, you need to set which Ad Type is valid for your item. This can be for example Banner, Native, Audio ect.

The Creative used needs to fit to this type. So for example Native creatives, require also Native Ad Type Line Items.

This setting is part of the ADvendio product configuration:

Creative Assignment Error: No Line Item with id 16799092 has been found.

No Line Item could be found with the Ad ID that is saved in ADvendio.

Make sure that a line item with ad id of your Campaign Item exists in Xandr.

If you can confirm that both, Line Item and Creative exist in Xandr, please also check if both are assigned to the same advertiser. If a creative has a different advertiser than the line item, the association won’t work, but there is no specific error message returned by the Xandr API.

Creative Assignment Error: No Creative with id 340966750 has been found.

No Creative could be found with the Creative ID, that is saved in ADvendio.

Make sure that a creative with the ID saved in ADvendio actually exists in Xandr. If it doesn’t you can delete the creative in ADvendio and upload a new one.

If you can confirm that both, Line Item and Creative exist in Xandr, please also check if both are assigned to the same advertiser. If a creative has a different advertiser than the line item, the association won’t work, but there is no specific error message returned by the Xandr API.

Creative Assignment Error: A Creative Id is not valid.

Creative Assignment Error: An error has occurred when assigning Creative in XANDR: null

Similar to above, no Creative could be found with the Creative ID, that is saved in ADvendio.

In certain cases this different error message is returned.

This is not an error, just an info we include in the email, that the creative was already assigned to your item and we did not further modify any data.
