Is my data automatically used for the training or learning of AI algorithms? How can I opt out?

No, your data is not automatically used for training or improving the AI algorithms. The AI Addon operates based on the data within your own Salesforce environment and does not feed into external models unless explicitly agreed upon according to Salesforce’s Trust & Security standards. Additionally ADvendios AI feature are an addon to the main package, which is installed and activated seprately. Non Addon Customers will not be able to access the features or benefits.
