4.16.8.2 Use Case: Rebate in Kind %
Based on Impressions
For every 100.000 digital impressions, InBrowser ordered the advertiser gets 7% of impressions for free. In this case, it means that she gets 7000 impressions for free.
With Version 2.179 The rebate in kind units count applied and units available will be updated real time instead of manually monitoring them and waiting for counting job to update them. However, the total unit count can only be updated through the counting job. Kindly contact Advendio Support for more information on Advendio real time counting for total Unit count.
Non-Progressive
The unit count shows now that the customer has bought 240K impressions for total revenue of 13200 €. This earns him 7% * 240000 = 16800 impressions.
Progressive
A progressive calculation would only allow full batched of 100000 AI and show a total of 14000 earned units.
The total revenue applied is for both cases zero, as the rebate in kind gives away units for free.
