With the latest improvements to ADvendio's Accounting Interface, you can now ensure detailed reporting for RON items and cancelled items through the creation of distribution and cancellation Accounting Records.

Handling Programmatic Guaranteed Items from Google always meant additional manual effort. Once your proposal has been turned into an actual order with line-items, you needed to manually enter the IDs into ADvendio to receive Delivery Data and work with that. This is a thing of the past.
We now automatically update the IDs of your Campaign Items in ADvendio, saving time and effort for you. Simply select the status update option in the Delivery Report Settings.

In order to give you the most flexibility in how you manage your cancellations, you can now configure which cancellation options are available through the Cancellation Wizard and the Optimizer.
Doing so will ensure consistency in how cancellations are handled across all Media Campaigns and Invoices.

With the last release, we have improved the Flexible Payment Plan options available.
As of Version 2.115 it is now also possible to invoice an individual Campaign Item at the start of it's runtime. This is in addition to the previously existing option to invoice at the end of runtime.

Accommodating and applying different VAT types and rates can be a time consuming and difficult task. With the latest version of ADvendio, you can now set up and apply VAT rates on a state by state basis.
Furthermore, you can now accommodate an additional VAT rate within one VAT Type
Cloning and splitting Campaign Items just became a lot more efficient with the latest release. You can now configure which fields are copied, and therefore which fields are reset, when items cloned/split in Media Configuration.
This improvement will not only save time but also ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
Working within the Media Configuration has become a lot easier and cleaner with the latest improvements.
You can now see pre-selected AdServer ID targeting directly in the Media Configuration. This provides a quick overview as to the pre-selected ID of the AdSpec without ever having to enter the selection tree.
Furthermore, you can also now configure whether Rate Steps relevant fields are visible in the Media Configuration. Making use of this Feature Setting will give you a cleaner and more accurate UI.

The Publisher Payout Feature within ADvendio is a powerful tool to manage your contracts with third-party publishers and generate credit notes based on delivery data and sold inventory.
Since this involves paying out based on contractual conditions and delivered/sold inventory, consistency and accuracy of data is crucial to ensure you are not over/under paying third party publishers. To this end, it is no longer possible to change Publisher Payout Conditions or create new AdSever Id Assignments once there are Publisher Payout Invoice Item Assignments for a particular Publisher Payout Contract.
