Challenge
How ADvendio users can create a Broadsign Connection and successfully authenticate connection against the API, in order to continue working on the integration.
Solution
ADvendio integration with Broadsign will allow the following:
streamline Sales and Booking processes
connect Sales Campaigns in ADvendio to Broadsign bookings
provide sync information of upcoming bookings and open tasks
Steps to create a Broadsign connection
In order to start using the ADvendio Broadsign Integration, you will need to set up a new record of Broadsign connection in ADvendio.
Please, follow the steps below:
In the main ADvendio menu type Connections
Create a record type New
Select BROADSIGN from the list
New connection: BROADSIGN will open, and enter your data in the fields (User Name, etc. )
Login Url for Sandbox → https://direct-sandbox.broadsign.com/
Login Url for Production → https://direct.broadsign.com/
Fill in all the mandatory and necessary information and press Save. It will create a new Broadsign connection
Open the new Connection record you just created
In the right upper corner Click Transfer to ADvendio
Field value | Description |

User name | Enter the user name as used for your AdServer login |
Password | Enter your password as used for your AdServer login |
Login url | Use the specific URL you have to set to use a sandbox and one for production Broadsign. |
Record Type: BROADSIGN | “BROADSIGN” record type is shown by default as it’s been previously selected in the set up process |
Active | You should check this box to activate the ad server connection |
Description | You can enter additional text to describe the login record |
You will see the sign Transfer successful
