Why are there no Delivered Clicks/impressions

The following items should be checked and shared with support:

• Are you able to get delivery data via the button 'get delivered clicks & impressions' for the missing campaign items?

  (Depending on the settings in your ADvendio environment, the button ‘Get Delivered Clicks/Impressions’ might be located underneath the arrow symbol or is not visible at all. If you can’t see the button, try to contact your System Administrator for help, or see the setup section at the bottom.)

• Did you receive a result email for your scheduled delivery reports?

• Did the email contain any messages or information about records that failed to upload?

Additional Information:

• Starting version 2.148 the customer would be able to use the button on the Campaign Item to update also monthly, daily and sitebased delivery data. (Link for further information)
