What are the 'Copy Rate Card' Permissions?

Issue:

When you try to use the ‘Copy Rate Card’ feature you may find that it doesn’t copy and no email is received confirming that the rate card was successfully copied. The reason might be because of missing permissions, follow these steps to check the status:

Solution:

• setup -> Apex Jobs and find the class 'CopyRateCardController' and check the status

• If the status detail looks something like: First error: unexpected token ',' check the permissions

• Users need at least create permission in their profile on the following objects:

  • Packet Component

  • Ratestep

  • Value ad price assignment

  • Key value preset ad price assignment

  • Content ad price assignment

  • Account ad price assignment

  • Ad price ad server assignment

  • Targeting group ad price assignment

• Try again and press Copy Rate Card
