Why is the Media Configuration not rendering

Issue:

When a user opens the media configuration page, they get a blank page (Except the title of the media campaign).

Open

Possible Causes:

• The user has no records on tab setup OR tab rules.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Check the tab setup. Make sure that all of the required fields are filled in and that there are no errors.

2. Check the tab rules. Make sure that the rules are valid and that they are not conflicting with each other.

3. If the user has no records or there is a problem with their records on tab setup OR tab rules, then they should create new records as shown in the following wiki pages:
