6.5.3.1 Entry Criteria Accounting Record Creation Processes

Collection

Only items within the currently open Accounting Period will be collected

Only Ad Specs with Enable Distribution for Accounting set as true will be considered in the distribution process

Accruals creation for over-deliveries can be enabled/disabled ^{Version 2.161}Accrual creation for over-deliveries can be enabled/disabled on the Administration Setting page. When enabled no accruals will be created for over-deliveries. The distribution adjustment for a Campaign Item will only happen when it is in a complete state. If a site delivers for the first time after the Campaign Item has already been over-delivered, no accrual amount will be created. Instead, a distribution amount will be created at the end of the Campaign Item during the distribution adjustment phase.

Only items where the Helper amount is not zero will be considered in the Accrual Reverse Process
