How to set yield optimization up for FreeWheel items.

Overview

The Yield Optimization feature is available in the Campaign Builder, allowing users to control how much revenue is distributed to the first-party network. This feature can now be used directly within campaigns for video ads.

How to Use Yield Optimization

Yield Optimization Section:

1. When editing a FreeWheel video Campaign Item, you'll see a new section called Yield Optimization in the targeting options.

2. You can configure the following settings:

   • Volume Cap: Choose whether to inherit, ignore, or override the cap, and link it to a specific setting.

   • Distribution Configuration: Select the appropriate setting.

   • Inventory Prioritization: Choose to inherit, ignore, or override prioritization, and link it to a specific setting.
