Challenge
As a user, I would like to set postal code targeting for my Campaign items.
Solution
Our Postal Code Targeting component allows you to either select existing postal code data from the existing drop-down menu or simply type your postal code information for more efficient targeting for your Campaign Items.
There is a limit to select maximum of 800 Postal Codes for a single Campaign Item.
Add your Postal Codes
In the main menu Go to Media Campaigns, Select your campaign
Go to Media Search and with your selected campaign items
Click on Start Campaign Builder
Go to the Targeting tab,
Under menu search for Postal Code Targeting
Press > to open the full Postal Code Targeting menu:
You will need to follow 2 steps now:
Step 1: Select the Country from the drop-down menu
Step 2: Enter Postal Codes with the following options:
Enter comma-separated list - you put postal code values divided by commas
Ranges - you have to select your ranges in two fields: ranges From/ To
Lookup - enter your code in the search bar under a magnifying glass
After hitting “Check and Add” your postal codes will be validated.
If no postal codes were found according to your search criteria a toast will be shown at the top:
If the validation of your Postal Codes was successful they will be added to the Selected Items on your right
Please take note that you can only add postal codes per Campaign Item via one of the 3 options. You can not mix e.g. ranges and single selected postal codes.
Click Save and Back and you will see summarised Postal Code Targeting under Targeting
